For DGE Sp. z o.o., we produced an employer branding film in an unusual convention that stands out from standard commercials. The film begins like a classic presentation of the company, but at a certain point the director interrupts the footage, deeming it too restorative. Then the action changes direction – the viewers meet the employees who, in their own words, talk about the work and atmosphere at the company. The film shows authenticity and emphasises that DGE is a place where people, cooperation and development matter. With its simple, sincere message and light-hearted form, the film builds a positive image of the company as an employer and was very well received by the audience.
On Vireo Media’s side was the preparation of the production from A to Z:
- preparation of several creative concepts for the script
- drafting of the final version of the script and screenplay
- production of traditional and on-air recordings
- editing of the commercial
- selection of background music
- postproduction of video and sound
